POLICIES- Returns - Shipping - Privacy
- We accept returns In-Store for FULL PRICE ITEMS for store credit within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Credit will be given in the form of a gift card. FULL PRICE ITEMS items purchased Online must be returned within 14 days of date package is received.
- Items eligible for return must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Shoes must be in original, undamaged box.
- Items designated as "FINAL SALE" may not be returned for any credit.
- Items designated as "FINAL SALE" are as follows: Swimwear, Underwear/ Intimates, Slips, Socks, and International orders.
- Tamarind reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
- In the case Tamarind makes an exception for refund or return, the item will incur restocking fee in order to make item eligible to meet our acceptable return standards.

- Original Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your item is eligible for return customers are responsible for purchasing a return label.
- We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages unless there is a mistake on the part of Tamarind.
- If you need to exchange an item, all exchanges are subject to availability, please keep in mind that our online store is a representation of items available in our brick & mortar location in Sebastopol and Healdsburg.
- If package is refused or returned undeliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from credit or refund.
- If Signature is required for shipping, please send us a note upon checkout.
- Our Standard shipping and handling costs automatically include USPS or UPS Ground service with guaranteed delivery within 5-7 days from shipping date, and our Premium shipping utilizes the UPS 3 Day select service that delivers within 3 days from shipping date.
- We are happy to accommodate alternate shipping procedures if you wish to arrange expedited service or use a preferred carrier account. Please contact the shop by phone or email to arrange any requests or shipping quotes.
- We insure all packages for the full retail amount and will notify you by email with your tracking number. All orders processed after 12 p.m. PST will be shipped the next day.
- Shipping to a destination outside the US, If we currently do not ship to your country please contact us and we can accommodate your order and get you shipping rates and send an invoice via Paypal.
- At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns on international orders.
- All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
- Buyer assumes full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.
- If package is refused or returned undeliverable, no refund or credit will be issued by Tamarind.
- Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within California at the local tax rate.
